ADVENTURERS! - Just like an epic RPG, only it's a comic.
Kid Radd - Another pure awesome in comic form - this one is a 100% original sprite comic with animated panels and weirdness abound.

Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire - A recent addition to my favorite webcomics, the author of this is possibly the only person who can compete with me on the subject of horriffic puns. That makes him and his comic insta-win. >>;
Order of the Stick - I can't believe I forgot to list this one...
xkcd - Or this one. There's a strip for EVERY situation. Seriously
Looking for Group - For fans of the fantasy genre and sarcastic, murderous warlocks named Richard.
Girl Genius - Adventure, Romance, MAD SCIENCE! Definitely worth a look. Try and stick with it past the first volume. It's worth it.
